I’ve never apologized for loving the original black costume the best. Not Venom. The Secret Wars alien costume pre-sentience as a symbiote. It tapped into my early emerging love for monochrome and duochrome designs and stark contrast in logos. I lovvvvvvved it and drew it all the time. This piece is a nod to that obsession, featuring Sandman and an incapacitate MJ, in battle by a suspiciously brand-aware metro station.
