River Tam [Serenity, Firefly]
I admit I’ve watched precisely zero of the film and half of the pilot, but I’m well versed in this series and these characters from fandom adjacency and the saturation of the cult following for many of the characters and the actors who played them. I chose to draw River Tam, because I liked the costuming, with the clunky boots and the slip dress, and knew the actress, Summer Glau, from projects like Terminator. Bringing the ballet grace into the dynamics of that character was pretty rad.
