Poison Ivy
This has been one of my best sellers at shows, and I like to think that it isn’t juts because she’s effectively wearing a plant-based bikini. I wanted her to have a pleasant face and expression and seem sympathetic, even as the vines imply her power and lethality. This predates the face turn of sorts she and Harley Quinn have had together, but I know from feedback at shows it has been an appealing piece because she isn’t posing like a centerfold. Sometimes it can be a fine line when doing cheesecake pinups and I think this landed on the right side of it for my intent. I also really like the background.
