Batgirl / Harley Quinn Happy New Year 2015
This Wrong Rocket holiday illustration was done to celebrate the coming of the New Year 2014-2015… granted Joao worked on his in the days leading up to New Years Eve and I did mine ON New Years Eve, and wrapped it up today. But it’s been a busy year all over. Our concept for these illustrations was the idea of the holiday truce, inspired by the famous (if exaggerated) holiday truce in the trenches during WWI. We each picked hero/villain pairs to toast the new year. Actually, this project was originally envisioned to be an Xmas lingerie pinup thing like in years past, but we were just too buried in December to pull that off. Anyway, have a great holiday and we look forward to an exciting and productive 2015!
