Mook Knight [Redesign]
Moon Knight has been one of my favorite Marvel characters going back to my early childhood reading comics in the 70s. I responded very well to the Moon Knight my brain saw: all white, virtually carved out of the full moon. Let them see me coming!
Of course I learned later he was supposed to be silver, and this was a four-color comics issue. I liked that a lot less. I also realized his mask was frequently black in some versions, and he was even black and white now and again. I liked the later trappings in the Ankh era. Ultimately though, I like him in all white. This redesign is loosely inspired by the fit of his look in the Werewolf by Night days, where the tunic and hood and cape felt less fitted. I tried to make this feel very tactical and organized as a fighting suit. A pretty far cry from spandex.
