Madelyn Pryor
I confess when the original Madelyn Pryor storyline came out I was so entranced by Paul Smith’s art that I wasn’t really processing how deep a mindfuck Mastermind’s whole thing really was. When she became the Goblyn Queen and all that, I was fine with it but it wasn’t until this version, from the alternate timeline of Mutant X, that I really became interested. The primary 616 version was so barely-clad and a wisp of a thing. This version was striking with the purple body suit, and I loved the design. I liked the Tom Raney art of the day.
