Kang the Conqueror
Kang was one of my favorite Marvel villains when I was younger. Not because of his incredible powers, or the labyrinthine continuity jarring interconnection between him and Immortus, Pharaoh Rama-Tut, Scarlet Centurion, and more recently, Iron Lad. More nuanced stories about him, like Avengers Forever, were awesome to read. But realistically, I just liked his purple weird outlined face and his bizarre costume that was so weirdly dated a year after it was done, but I loved it.
