Jun [Gatchaman]
Jun from Gatchaman, or Princess from Battle of the Planets, was my favorite design of the team not simply because she’s a female in a sea of dudes, but because the pink really worked. I remember as a kid thinking pink and white were a cool combination, but I didn’t call back to this in my own design work until years later. Anyway, this is Jun in her action uniform. There is a companion piece of her in civilian attire available as well, and these were commissioned as a pair.
