Hope Summers

from $8.00

Hope Summers was an interesting attempt to bring back the image and concept of a younger Jean Grey, before they just cut to the taste and brought the real young Jean Grey forward in time. I mean, I haven’t kept up. But I enjoyed the twist on Lone Wolf and Cub when they pushed Cable’s ward forward in age and made her a capable, powerful fighter with untapped abilities. The look of this uniform she wore at the time, usually under a tattered cloak, was pretty awesome. Check out the mock advertisement version of this piece here as well.
