Dr. Girlfriend [Venture Brothers]
When I did this pinup, Sheila Fitzcarraldo was Dr. Girlfriend, not yet Dr. Mrs. The Monarch. I love the costume, and was actually inspired by cosplayers more than the Venture Brothers cartoon. At the time, I was interested in Morena Baccarin, who had played the lead alien in the V remake and her height and length of her neck and torso was emphasized there, so that was some of the back end inspiration here. Now, the elephant in the room here is the impossible décolletage infrastructure. I don’t remember how this happened, but architecturally its an interesting look. Not comfortable, certainly.
