Doctor Octopus is one of my favorite Spider-Man villains. Even as much of my youth he looked like an insurance company stooge, the concept behind the character and they way his arms could be used both in offense and defense, as well as transportation, really inspired me. I like the idea that they wave and weave even when not performing tasks, as if semi-sentient.
