Captain Cold [Female Redesign]
Not only do I love a redesign, but I love a gender-swap while I’m at it. This Captain Cold was envisioned as a female character. The coat and hood are a nod to some of the more current designs, but with some trouble-stirring boots and a portable cold gun. The face paint was a fun touch.
