Black Cat

from $8.00

Ive always loved Black Cat, but thats probably due to the fact that I’m of the age where I was a reader at the time she was introduced. I loved that they introduced a love interest and foil for Spider-Man that operated in his world, as an agile superhero, rather than the civilian characters he’d been attached to. I liked the idea that she was tempting him, not only as a romantic interest, but to spend more time in costume versus his other life as Peter Parker. I also loved her duochrome costume color scheme. As a young artist, I was not thrilled by the hair trim elements. No question she’s a hot tamale!
