Black Canary - Arrow

This is currently my favorite piece of Black Canary. I followed the black jacket costume pretty closely, with just a few tweaks per my usual style. I definitely downplayed the hair from the 80’s big feathered look she wore with this costume a lot of the time… when not crowded, chokers look really great! Sometimes she would be drawn at the time with a big jacket with popped collar etc and that made it busy.
