Big Barda

This one was originally done as a charity auction piece, and printed very large, something like 8’ square. It is often commented tome that she is less lithe than many of my female character illustrations, which is fair. But I try to play with different musculature and frames and Barda to me is a big, powerful form. Thats what makes drawing her really fun. And I LOVE working on classic Kirby costume designs!
