Stellara [Sectaurs]
This was originally done as a pin-up piece for a longtime client as part of an ‘80s Ladies’ calendar series he commissioned over a number of years. It brings back some foggy memories of reading the Sectaurs comic as a kid. Trying to draw the character in my style today posed some challenges: the bulbous paneling in the bodice, various swoopy design elements that didn’t make a lot of sense to me in 3d space… and space pistols… but I enjoy a challenge. I like her face and hair.
