Artemis [Young Justice]
I thought this was such a cool design when I saw it, and had to draw it. The bootless thing was just a fun concept where I imagined her digging her toes in the soil or on the ground to prepare for that perfect shot. It wasn’t intended to be a foot thing, per se, but I do sometimes ditch the shoes on the pinup pieces to give it a little bit of an intimate touch when in costume. Anyway, this one got a lot of attention online for that detail. One of the creators of the show liked it quite a bit, which I was pleased about. I don’t know if they wear shoes, or what. This piece was one of a number of illustrations of mine featured in an article about my ‘good girl’ cheesecake art.
