Anathema Device - Good Omens Pinup [Halloween 2023]
This year for the Halloween Pinup Series we tried to dust off our pens, pencils, stylii, etc after some pandemic dormancy, and worked from the theme of ‘Geek Girls’… which was quite open to interpretation. I chose Anathema Device, played by Adria Arjona in Good Omens. I selected her not just because of the glasses, but because , as stated in the Good Omens Wiki: “She is smart, brave, and vaguely understands what's going on.” I love the actress (mostly from Andor) and the Victorianesque outfits are on fire. Such a cool design. For this mildly spicy pinup, I gave her braids and a bit more of a modern edge to the glasses. It was fun exercising these art muscles again. Hope you have a happy halloween!
